Limitations

The division of the archaeological records into specific modules facilitates an easier system design and introduces limitations.

For example, queries to select all beads regardless of material, or all pottery from a specific structure, are not available out of the box. However, these queries may be implemented with some extra coding.

We hope that the benefits of a simpler system may prove useful despite its limitations.

To reiterate, the software was designed to be simple and configurable in order to support the unique needs of specific projects; it is not a "universal" system.
