Limitations

The division of the archaeological records into specific modules facilitates an easier system design and introduces limitations.

For example, queries to select all beads regardless of material, or all pottery from a specific structure are not available out of the box. They, none the less, may be accomplished with some bespoke code.

We hope that the benefits of a simpler system may prove useful despite its limitations.

To reiterate, the software was designed to be easily configured to support the unique needs of specific projects, rather than as a "universal" system.
